Recently I have tried to use WordPress Distraction Free mode that came with the WordPress version 6.2 and suddenly stuck into this mode. I could not see any settings and likewise the shortcut does not seemed to work.
Problem in Distraction Free Mode
Disable WordPress Distraction Free Mode
The solution for me to use the settings bar shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + ,). Once I have used the settings bar shortcut, suddenly I got the notification that the distraction free mode is disabled.
You can also see all the WordPress shortcuts using Ctrl + Alt + h key combination in the WordPress editor.
